I've Had Some Success With My Midweek Runs.

I did seven miles on Saturday and that went really well. I just felt good about it because my pacing was strong. Every single mile was the same, wasn't it? Pretty much. The week before I'd run six miles in like just over an hour,. It was like an hour and five minutes or something. Um, and that, well, in fact, it was an hour and six - 11 minute miles. They were all kind of like late tens or early 11s. And then the last two were like nearly 12. That's a downward noise. Actually, that sounded like an awkward noise. Mm.
