People asked me this in my course, because people, people, all of the above. And that's where, like, it's a both thing. Squats are beneficial for sports performance. But that isnt really partial. If you do squat with your toes forward, and your hip structure, you don't pefer like if you can gain more flexion without rounding your spine. That doesn't negate that we can also squat deeper with toes out and knees out.
