We tend to look at some one's non verbal as a more important indicator of honesty. If you are not congruent with your words, it actually comes across inauthentic. An inauthentic person is someone who is saying one thing, but showing another. So i think the most important thing that we can do from a from a body language perspective, is to aline our words along with our body.
