Take an eight day block, that could be push, poll legs, correct? Ye. Push pull legs up a lower full body. Or youcould do a total brow split. Or you just pick a muscle group and hit anyone. Go. Butj i do think if if we're just simplifying it for minimum dose, three resistance trainings a week of full body, three cardios of moderate intensity. At the end of those zone twos, you can throw on that one, that four minute interval of hit at the end. So this, there's so many different options and ways to do it, but just think about the doseing.
