The most important thing during that process is not that we get it right, but that we trust and feel confident in the process. The more people actually feel bad, the less they are likely to report having high levels of acceptance of being ok with it. Acceptance and awareness don't work ina antithesis to each other. And a the ability to stay open, because you want to feel things so that you can respond to them,. So you don't always just feel things in the same way.
