Speed Training
Training at maximum speed isn't a prerequisite to improve speed. It's almost like when you if you did a 12 week cycle from ten sets tof ten to three sets of two, whatever. You're now in a position to express that strength and maybe get a bit stronger but most of it was done prior. So i thik the same thing for speed. If i'm doing my flying sprints, they would have been preceded by some, some dribble brick bleeds, some, some sprint, float sprints at 80, 85 %. Some tempo like tempo, like, i really believe tempe running an with technical endurance as a goal is a great way to establish body awareness
