The more i learn about what a good hip extension pattern is, the more i i realize how to set s up with constraints to let them be athletic. And it's one of the things too, ar, it makes me think about with a self organizationt I find this humorous, because i've never found a coaching like manual that taught athletes how to get the second pull. It's always been like, setting people up and helping themselves organized to that point where they can feel that it's their best position.
