I think is another big one is that you can target burn your fat and I think that sometimes it has more to do with the nutrition side of things. Sometimes people will be like oh I want to be able to slim down like my inner thighs where I do this exercise and I'm just going to burn fat off my inner thighs but that's not how it works. It honestly makes me want to go to uni and study like diet headaches just to like prove that that is such a lie. We love to believe there's something where everyone is we want to believe there is something that can help will make it easier weaver.
