What Did You Learn From Your First Job?

You have to be able to speak in a way that anybody can understand, regardless of whether or not they have a computer science degree. You absolutely have to know every single or as much nitty gritty detail about the platform as possible. I love it when I can be the person that turns the light bulb on somebody said, and gets them to ultimately move towards a tangible decision of buying something from you.
