How to Choose the Best Breaks for Your Workday

I'm keen to ask for your recommendations regarding the best types and durations of breaks from work that people should take if they're looking to perform well. And also whether the duration of break should change across the working day. How long a break should be actually is driven by how demanding the task is, perhaps more so than what time of day that task is conducted in. A recent review seems to suggest that about 10 minutes is kind of the sweet spot for a micro break. If it's very cognitively demanding, it probably should be longer than that.
