A lot of courses don't feel experiential in the sense where you're never really like going through it with anybody. As a facilitator, you really show up to create space. And so i've always kind of tried to remember that. We need to flip the script and make our clients the heroes. It's hard for me to invest in coach programs where i only see their results. I'm comparing myself to them when they're actually four to five years ahead of me.
