How to Sustain Behavior Change
I presume that this mega study has only increased your motivation to find answers to the problem of how we can sustain behavior change. What I most bullish on is making interventions more social making them more embedded in our day-to-day lives by hooking them to our community and the people we spend our time with. We have to come from a careful combination of positive reinforcement of good routines with maybe the introduction of a little bit of variation use stimuli to keep people engaged yes everything you said but what I am very excited about doing work that looks more like that where we try to form lasting social connections between people towards the end of achieving more goals.
