The Arobic Foundation Is There
When i'm very arobically fit, i can usually get down to a round just under six minute mile pace for that intensity when the weather is perfect and the train is really, really flat. So if i'm right around there, then i know my arobic foundation is very well established, very well developed. There's really no sense in me spending another, like, say, six to eight weeks trying to develop that before i get into some of the early stage training.
