Cold Therapy - I Love It!
Every morning should be doing some form of cold therapy. I absolutely love it. You just got to be really, really strict to not do it straight after training. We block the holemedic response of hypertrophy. So when we go and work out cane, were working out our muscles. We're strengthening them. We want them to create a bit of inflammation so they tear a bit and rebuild. That's what makes them stronger. Love it. Everybody should get a cold bath. Give me your optimal cold emersion proticol across a week. What would you prescribe to someone?
