The Benefits of High Intensity Workouts for Stronger Athletes

A typical interval work out with an athlete whose local muscular fatigue is the limitation will have the athlete slowing down during the later stages of the workout. This gim my progressive workout programm involves some very dynamic movements that result in really high eccentric loading of the legs. Stronger athletes, or perhaps more fast, dominant athletes, get a whole lot less sore from this workout.
