Conversation Design - What Are the Meetings?

Howd you go about broaching the subject of conversation design within an organization? You know, us s product managers, u x designers, there are some conversations that we design really well. But that's shat. It falls apart when we think about conversations with our colony stakeholders. We don't often get to have, like a wholesale re design question.
