Community mental health is how we call it at least over here. I remember speaking to my dad a few years ago and he said that when Ireland was one of the last countries in the developed world to be very very serious about drink driving. Within a year there was a massive spike in suicides in farmers because a lot of these guys you know they lived rue early and their church their church was the pub. They stopped going to the pub and suicides went through the roof about a year later. So yeah it's the importance of community that's a great example i mean now you're probably drinking alone at home having those couple pints right and and you know in the same behavior there but you
