When you add a basketball, all of a sudden that 100% is now 95%, 90%. You can't quite go as fast. And so when I look at building physiological traits like deceleration, acceleration, change of direction, we need actual changes in our nervous system and in our muscle,. That is only going to come about by us operating at 100% in training. Most people are not great, great dribblers. But what about the other people who the handle is the major limiting factor? So they're only moving at 80% or 85 per cent. It's pretty obvious.
