The Effects of Training on Strength

Two subjects saw decreases in their one rm uh strength that is incredibly rare in studies like this. Most people fell within a pretty normal you know the elk or within a couple standard deviations away from the norm right um and then those that maybe negatively responded to the training or like really did not like it or their bodies couldn't handle it dropped out so remember we started with 50 and ended up with 39  it's possible that any of those subjects that we would have seen some crazy outlier results from a responses from maybe just dropped out before we were able to collect that data"
