How to Find Opportunities to Solve Problems at Ramsey
I think it's also about understanding what the opportunities are around you. When you're looking for opportunities to solve problems for an organization like ramsey, people are ging to notice that. And so by doing that, you put yourself in a position too, to become more valuable to the organization. It may not be directly in the personalities area, but there's a need over here, and this is something that i may be uniquely qualified to do. I man to go help with this thing. Doing things like that inevitably helps your cause and anu bcome more valuable and create more opportunities for yourself.
