Leadership Development - How to Shift Perceptions in Leaders in a Development Programme
Leaders should be brave and courageous to tell key stake holders, this is something i'm working on. When they do that, the leaders who do that tend to see faster shifts. But again, some people it's very difficult to shift their perception and their opinion of a leader. Andi, sometimes it takes time and effort and real work to get that done.
