i'm really excited about the three topics that you chose, which were understanding your end game, understanding what the other side needs and wants. And digging deeply into due diligence and its importance when it comes to negotiation. I ean, if you don't have an understanding of where you're trying to get to or you need to get your deal done, no one else is going to know. So being able to explain that to somebody and help them understand what you need will ultimately get you to where you need to be.
