Are You Running for Joy?

80% of runners have been injured or are injured. And i think the stopping is a big part of the problem. As soon as it becomes regimented, i think the joy gets sucked. Children develop at different rates and some are more coordinated than others. If you are slower in developing your coordination and you're not chosen for the school team, your interest is understandably going to get lower. These people, there's no incentive to get up and move and continue their enjoyment of movement. Because they can't join in with cor guides who are int chosen in the e team or the bee team.
