Do You Know How to Hit That Sweet Spot?

Three days a week or five days a week, 30 an hour is your sweet spot. Try and walk up a hill or walk up flights of stairs to challenge yourself from a heart and lung perspective. A couple of other days a week make sure you get out for a walk at least two days weak i dedicate to doing something that's going to make you a bit stronger. The lifts that really count are obviously the big ones.
