With ADHD, especially with the structures we build at unconventional, it's all about that flexibility. That if something does come up, you have you have a way to handle it and kind of absorb it into your funnel without having to break down and start the whole thing again. We are we can be very hard on ourselves. We can be like everyone else deserves it. But we but that's because we are the ones who in our own lives received that self criticism and sort of might have internalized it as I am bad.
