I've been doing it for three years, not the digital detox, but taking some time and writing a letter to myself in six months time. There's a part of our brain called the reticulating activating system that helps us focus as we're here right now. And this is also what was one of the pillars that has shaped us creating the five-minute journal. I'd honestly really advocate that for anyone at home, just to write this letter to themselves in the present tense. Both of us will have lots to say on this topic.
