The Importance of Delivery in E-Commerce
We use a few different careers around the world, but it's really fast delivery. I've seen customers in Australia saying they got their shipment that came from the UK in like two days or the US similar thing. So credit to our ops team, they make that happen really fast,. But yeah, different careers in different countries. It's interesting, actually, that one of the mistakes I think that's often made in e-commerce is that delivery falls under ops, not marketing.
