How to Set a Good Boundary

When you're low energy and stressed to go, I know that setting a boundary is a good idea. You probably will go down the route of making it worse for yourself. It's biological as well. The body and the brain are always going to choose what is easy and what is rewarding. This is why at sort of the foundation of my boundary practice, we build in these moments of checking in with ourselves all throughout our day.
