How Do You Communicate the Demand With Your Farmers?
Every farmer wants to be communicated differently some text only. So we had to figure out among all our farmers their preferred way for communication. We've developed what we call the daily market happenings which every day of the week at each store. The staff are downloads that day and it's going to tell them here's who was going to call today. Here's who's going to deliver today. And so it's all spelled out for each day based on our predicted day when those farmers come in.
