The avoidance of certain kinds of discomfort, sort of structures our life. In the context of time and time management, I think it is the avoidance of the discomfort of confronting our finitude. We have to decide that we're going to fail at certain things in order to succeed in others. But the, whenever you can bring yourself to go through that discomfort, like it's always a huge anti-climax, it's not terrible.
