The Argument for Futility, Right?

The argument that's made against socialism, state socialism of some sort. You don't fundamentally change a the fact that there are people who win and do not win out in society. And that's an argument for futility, right? In the sense that sure give people the franchise, but it's not going to upend that fundamental reality. It might change the way it appears in history, but it won't actually change the underlying reality.
