The Four Laws of Behavior Change

If you want to have it stick, you kind of roughly have four different things that if you can get them working for you, they're sort of like levers. If they're in the right positions, building good habits is easier. Most habits are preceded by some kind of cue. And so you want the cues of your habits to be obvious, available, visible, easy to see. The more satisfying or enjoyable a habit is, the more likely you are to stick with it.
