How to Maximize Intensity and Effort in the Gym
The distance between the two individuals at the end of that process, it's significant. And you can almost see it too, right? Like if you just imagine those two people on the line and you have that person that does nothing over the year, their line looks like it's descending. And that is doing something they are ascending. So again, to kind of blend the plane and wrap it up, the two big things that I keep coming back to are what's the schedule that keeps you stoked so that you can maximize your intensity and effort in the gym.
