The big target now is bar class. Why don't you like bar class? Well it's interesting I think we talked about this this weekend bar classes are all about the toning and burning and and toning. When somebody signs up for a bar class they want to have a bigger butt or a bigger thigh yes that’s the whole thing with this bar class. High repetition medium load focused on the legs and the hips which leads to hypertrophy.
