How to Deal With Pain and Heartbreak
If you go on through life constantly avoiding discomfort or pain and not facing it, then the thought of pain is gonna cause you severe anxiety. The best way to teach your brain is through your own actions. Contrast is everything. It teaches us knowing what we don't want helps steer us towards what we do want. Every time you have an opportunity to work through pain, what you do with that moment will continue to reinforce that teaching to your brain. So now I wanna tell a little bit of the personal story for me where I saw a lot of change in the way that I dealt with my pain and especially my heartbreak which was so transformative in my life.
