Seeing Is Happening
So, when we move into the first perception and the mental sort of proliferation around it that discussed, maybe pulling it back a little, seeing, seeing, maybe even unpleasant. And then see what happens, just allowing it to be put down from there. Because there's some kind of conditioned response. So watching, again, this goes into that pleasant and unpleasant realm, which changes. Sometimes you might see something like that and it could be quite disgusting unpleasant, or you mightsee something like that. A different pattern, maybe different colors and it couldbe quite pleasant. So I guess, you know, all that to say, seeing is happening.
