Does the Efficiency Gain Show Up in the Numbers?
In the short to medium term, there has been this efficiency gain of being able to funnel deals through processes faster because you're doing everything virtually. That also means that on the buyer side, they're likely also dealing with a lot more sales teams as well. So, I think it's TBD to see what'll happen in terms of scaled out numbers broadly across all companies.
