How to Train for Strength in the RX Program
The intermediate path will mirror your strength progressions in the RX path. And then like I mentioned, the conditioning work will follow the same structure as the Rx path. It's just modified in ways not to make it any easier but to just pull the gymnastics bottlenecks out so that you can really hammer the conditioning line. So if you graduate from intermediate, you should be really, really fit at the basic stuff. You've been really good at the skills. And then you just got to learn how to mix it back in. Yeah.
