The Importance of Health Metrics
We talked about this on every frickin episode is different health metrics but we've never actually done a list of health metrics. These can range from just your BMI to even subjective measures of well-being like how you feel on a day-to-day basis on your stress things like that so we put this list together for our top five and I think some two that are quite surprising. The first one the list is going to be a little surprising for a lot of people but to be clear we based our top five list off of two main things moving forward.
