Just moving that body can start to move those thoughts and those feelings. And so getting some fresh air, we can still get some fresh air. You can walk around the house. They're some arieas where it's very difficult to do. But, ah, this last week end, i was outside, as my son was mountain biking, i was clearing brush for skills park at a local bike area. And that was really rewarding. We could practise extreme social distancing there. But it was moving about, exercising, and it really allowed me to take my mind off the current situation.
