The Incubation Period of Leprosy

Leprosy is actually transmitted, funnily enough, by respiratory droplets. You really do need prolonged, close contact with a person who is infected in order to become infected yourself. The incubation period of this disease can range from one to 20 years. It also has made it so that it's really, really difficult to culture.
