Are Anti-Amyloid Therapies Safe?

Nothing has proven to be clinically effective and safe for widespread use. The only exception is a drug called aducanma, which was studied in global phase three studies that got stopped early at squeta saga. There are five other kissing cousins targeting various aspects of the ameloid cascade. Two of these programmes are reading out in 20 22, couple of others in the months to come. So we're going to get a lot of answers fairly soon.
