The Power of Gratitude
If you set your state, just by saying to yourself, i'm going to have a good day, increases the chance of you having a good day. And connected to that, my last point is about gratitude, something you talk about looks well in the power of gratitude. The evidence is overwhelming that people who are grateful throughout life have really good psychological and physical, good health. Just by being grateful and seeing life in a different setting, rather than constantly thinking what they lack, look at what you've got. That can be a habit. There's lots of habits we can do.
