I encourage it as often as it is justified, even if there was all undying in the recent past. Don't pay for everyone and just do your due diligence. There's not a big discrepancy in what the county records show the acreages to what your GIS tool that you're using. And usually something much more significant than a walnut tree we thought was on our property line that was there prettier.
