What Was Your Training Like for Western States in 2019?
I wanted coach who had experience taking athletes and adventurers up Everest. I wasn't at all experienced in running 100 mile mountains or which I kind of took as more of an expedition rather than a race. And I think that was for me that was so liberating that I could take the performance metrics that I've been measuring since 13 years oldKind of all went out the window and it was completely new to me.
