I love sprints, so I think I really have so much more fun doing this short stuff. It just feels fun and like a mentally manageable distance. You get to that run and it's, you never really catch it. The aerobic system's going to be the first thing that's going to go. If you're trying to push and you probably a bike tire or two, which would I buy.
