Is There a Deficiency in Protein in Running?
When i first started n e running, there was definitely a little bit of messaging that protein you should limit. I don't think focusing on minimizing your protein is probably the proper path to go forward in terms of finding the ideal power weight ratio. There's a disconnect between what they think they need and what their bodies screaming that they need. And especially in the post injury time, you really are screamng, your bodies really screaming for that tein supplementation.
