We still have to see what happens in humans because humans store more glycogen so it takes a long time for humans to burn up that glycogen than mice do. So I think in humans if they eat isocaloric diet like the regular when they're not doing time-assitating we have to see whether they will lose weight or stay healthy. All those experiments are yet to be done as these are controlled human studies is very difficult and there are very few places in the world where people can be brought into the lab.
