Modern CMOs Need a Mix of Talent Sets

It is very hard to find one individual who embodies all of those capabilities. CMOs have to think about the mix of talent sets within their organization. I've been convinced in the last couple of years that a product manager that cannot pull data by themselves and not analyze it as useless.
