How to Be Effective in the Train
The way to think about exercise is to go, I mean, there's lots of the previous thing about exercise. All people that come into my ecosystem are already trained. If you're not moving really well, meaning I can't squat, I can't tell if you can't pull up or all these basic things, overhead press. So then it becomes corrective exercise,. It becomes high, it becomes high frequency. And so what I learned through the years, through many years of wisdom and trial and working with hundreds, if not thousands of clients by now, is that everything's just a tool in the tool belt. No program is perfect except situationally.
